"Agnesi" is one of the oldest pasta brands in Italy. Since 1824 in the Italian city of Imperia, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the Agnesi family began to produce these well-known pasta for their quality. Large sailboats, the symbol of the Agnesi brand, have sailed the seas and oceans in search of the best durum wheat. The best grain, brought from the South of Italy, Canada, Australia and Argentina, was sent directly from ships to the Agnesi mill, and today it is considered the longest (synonymous - the highest quality) mill in Italy.
