Description

It’s the Instant Mushrooms-flavoured Granular Stock by Bauer: excellent “porcini” mushrooms combined with the best vegetables for a natural product, without added monosodium glutamate. Bauer’s slow and gentle processing method produces an instant broth that is ready in just a few minutes, to prepare dishes with an unmistakable flavour.
- Usage: Ideal for flavouring risotto, pasta, roasts and veal cutlets. The Bauer broth is ideal for flavouring all kind of dishes with mushrooms. To give an extra touch of flavour, you can also add the Mushrooms Granular Stock to soups, risottos, sauces, roasts and veal cutlets, in the desired amount. Dissolves instantly.
