- 500 g BEZGLUTEN bread mix
- 1 and 1/3 teaspoon salt (10g)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (15g)
- 500 ml of lukewarm water
- 15g fresh yeast or 7g dried yeast
- 3 tablespoons oil + a little bit to coat the dough
- Pour the bread mix, salt, sugar into the bowl and mix them.
- While kneading the dough into a smooth mass by hand or with a mixer, slowly add water with the dissolved fresh yeast.
- In case of using dried yeast, add it directly to the rest of the ingredients.
- Finally add the oil.
- Scoop the dough into an oiled baking tin (28 x 9 cm), smoothen the surface, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about 45 min. to prove until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C with a container of water placed on the bottom.
- Coat the dough gently with oil, put into the oven and bake for about 50 minutes (without a fan).
- After baking, remove the bread from the baking tin, cool and keep under cover.
- If you use a bread machine, bake it for about 3,5 hours.
- Pour the bread mix, salt, sugar into a bowl and mix them.

- Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about 30 min. to prove until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough or flatten it with your oiled hands , place your desired toppings and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C (without a fan).
