- This contemporary 28 cm wok is from Berlinger Haus Aspen 2022 collection. It is made of forged aluminum thick wall body material with a grey non-stick coating. The high walls allow for the food to be tossed easier and the ingredients can be mixed and cooked evenly throughout. This type of pan is a perfect choice when cooking stir-fries. The ergonomic soft-touch handle offers a good grip and safe cooking as it does not get hot during cooking.

- All products from the Aspen collection are free from harmful substances as are PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium free.
- This pan is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge.
- Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product.
- Maintenance instructions before its first use:
- Start by removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.
- Cleaning instructions:
- After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
- Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. In order to remove ground-in stains, pour hot water into the pot to soften the stains. Then rub it thoroughly with a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the cookware. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore daily cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided. The manufacturer recommends using low-temperature programs and non-corrosive cleaning agents when washing in the dishwasher.
