1- Account

How to create an account on Dumyah?
 
When you enter the Dumyah website, you will find the “sign in” option at the top of the page next to the cart icon. Click on “Sign up”  and fill in your information as a new customer “Name, Email, Mobile number, Password”, then click on “Join now”.
 
How to Shop on Dumyah?
 
After creating an account, you can start shopping by viewing the products you want to buy and then clicking on “Add to cart”. When you finish, click on the cart icon on the page header for checkout and add the delivery address information “ Street name, city, and area”, select the suitable delivery date, and add any other notes. Then you can select the payment method “ Cash on delivery, the credit card on delivery, Paypal, or Visa”, confirm the order, and get the order ID.
 
How to take advantage of the coupons?
 
Clicking on checkout will show you "Do you have a voucher/coupon?" By you can add the coupon code in the designated box, and click on "Add", then it will be applied.
 
The coupon didn’t decrease the order total, why?
 
The discount will be applied on specific products that don’t have a discount so if any product is ordered with a discount from the website it does not apply to the discount code.
 
I forgot the password, what should I do?

You can contact us on customer care via social media, WhatsApp, or a phone call. You will receive a new password with ease.
How to change my email address?
You can change your email address on the "My Account" page and modify the email by deleting the old one and writing the new one. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page after finishing to confirm the process.
How to subscribe?
The option “Subscribe & save” will be shown on the products that customers need periodically as milk, diapers, and so on. And when you select this option, you will get a 5% discount and free delivery. You can choose the quantity that you need and schedule the order, then click on “Subscribe now” and continue to checkout as usual.
How to cancel a subscription?
You can cancel the subscription on a specific product, at any time you want without any extra fee, from your account click on subscription, then click on “Cancel” on the product you want. 
My phone number is not active, how can I change it?
You can change the phone number on the delivery address of an order you want to proceed, or you can change it completely via “My Account” and edit the phone number by deleting the old one and writing the new one. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page after finishing to confirm the process.

How to search for products?
 When you search for products you find the option to filter the search results by selecting:
* Category
* Brand
* Price
* Age
* Gender

Sort by (popularity, price, rating, recommended, new arrival, and relevance)
Are products original?

Most products on Dumyah are considered original products and from their official supplier, but some products are considered top Chinese products or not belonging to a particular brand, The customer can also check it through the product itself, If the name of the brand is above the name of the product in blue color, it will be original otherwise not, but it is of good quality as Dumyah is keen to provide everything that is good and has great materials. You can browse all the selected brand products when clicking on the brand name.

3- Orders

How can I edit my information; like the phone number, and delivery address, or editing on certain products in one of my orders on the website?

You can contact customer care to do the appropriate procedure, based on the order status.

There is a missing product from my order, my order is missing, I got a damaged or incomplete product, what should I do?

We apologize for this mistake! In Dumyah we pay special attention to all our products so that you receive them in the best possible condition. However, if that happened, please contact our customer service team to help.

Why did I receive an incomplete order?

It’s possible to place an order and receive it as split orders, in this case, we will send you the available products first then the rest of the products when they are available in a separate order. 

4- Delivery

How much is the delivery fee?

In Dumyah we understand the importance of getting your products in time, so we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, at the lowest possible delivery cost. The delivery fee varies depending on the city or the duration of the delivery.

What are the delivery options on Dumyah?

Currently, we have 3 options:

1- The default option takes around 48 inside Amman or 72 working hours in the other cities in Jordan. 
2- Fast delivery takes 24 working hours inside Amman and 48 working hours in the other cities in Jordan. 
3- Express delivery takes 4 working hours inside Amman, and 24 working hours in the other cities in Jordan. 
Recently, the fastest delivery service has been added in the Kingdom, which is only two working hours in Amman


How to track my order?

You can track your order from your account on Dumyah, once it’s shipped you will receive a text message and email.

When will I receive my order?

On Dumyah you’re the priority, we, therefore, aim to deliver products within 48 to 72 working hours throughout the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

 
5- Prices and payment

Are prices on Dumyah similar to prices in the traditional market?

On Dumyah we understand the difficulty and cost of following up on the increasing needs of kids in our current era, so we are keen to provide the best price guarantee for all our customers.

How to use gift cards?

You can use gift cards with ease. When you get a gift card code, all you need to do is to put it in the custom field on the checkout page. The value of the gift card will be deducted from the value of your final order total. 

How to get Dumyah rewards points?

Share with us your opinion about products: You can earn points from Dumyah for each review you share on our website, and it is approved, provided that the product price is equal to or exceeds 5 JOD.
Customers will get the points once they write their opinion in the review section for products they have purchased. 

I want to review products on The Dumyah website, how?

You can review the products you purchased when you enter a particular product and move to the bottom of the page. There is a box to write your opinion and above it the number of stars you will give to the product you want to review.

There is no review box below the product, why?

If you are the first person to review the product, you will find at the bottom of the page "Be the first to share your opinion.". When you click on the button, a box will appear to write your opinion and above it the number of stars you will give to the product you are reviewing.

Review points have not been added to my Dumyah wallet, why?

After purchasing and receiving the product, you can review the product in all transparency and openly. When you review the product with several words not less than 15 words, the review will be sent to the responsible department for the audit to make sure that the review is real, and then the points will be added to your balance (25 points for each review).

How many points I have earned?

You can check how many points you earned when you bought from the wonderful Dumyah products by entering your Dumyah account, then clicking on my account/orders/transactions, points are added to your wallet as a balance deducted from your upcoming orders.

How can I pay?

While shopping from Dumyah you can make sure that your experience will be easy and safe, and will meet all your needs. This allows you to choose the right payment method for you among the following options:

*Cash on delivery 
*Credit card: safe money transfer using your bank account. Visa and Mastercard.
*Credit Card on Delivery
*PayPal: You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your purchase securely

As well there is a donation service (0.5 JD) for King Hussein Cancer Foundation in collaboration with KHCF, and it is optional for sure.

6- Return policy

How can I make a return order for a specific product?

If you want to return an order, all you need to do is tell us this decision with the reason for the return.
Please provide us with your order ID and one of our representatives from the Customer care Center will confirm your order details and complete your return process.

What is the condition of the products that are not returnable?

If you want to return your order after receiving it, you should contact us to return the products within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receiving the order; Products that do not meet the following conditions are not returnable:

*Product misused
*Product exceeded 14 days from receiving date
*To be one of the products that cannot be returned:
- Used furnishings.
- Opened packages.
- All products without original card or cover.
- Any products that have been modified, changed, or washed.
- Used Personal Care Products.
- Underwear "Kids, Women"

What is the process of returns in reality?

We will receive the products from you from the delivery address that the order was delivered to, then refund the amount paid to purchase the products and return the money to your credit card account used for payment. If the payment is made through (cash on delivery) the money will be refunded to your wallet on Dumyah. It may take one business day to 14 business days to refund the amount to your bank account.
