Hisbeh Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Hisbeh app, a mobile application managed by Dumyah. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the App and your relationship with Dumyah. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1: Usage of the App
1.1 Eligibility: By using the App, you confirm that you are an authorized supplier associated with Dumyah.
1.2 Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
1.3 Permitted Use: The App is solely for managing your products, purchase orders (POs), inventory, and related activities. Any unauthorized or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 2: Supplier Responsibilities
2.1 Product Information: Suppliers must ensure that all product details (e.g., name, description, price, inventory) are accurate and up-to-date.
2.2 Compliance: Suppliers must ensure all listed products comply with applicable laws and Dumyah’s standards.
2.3 Order Fulfillment: Suppliers must fulfill Purchase Orders (POs) promptly and ensure product availability. Failure to do so may affect service levels and contractual agreements.
SECTION 3: Fees and Payments
3.1 Payment Schedule: Payments to suppliers will follow the schedule and terms agreed upon during registration or subsequent agreements.
3.2 Disputes: Suppliers must report any discrepancies in payments. Dumyah will review disputes in good faith.
SECTION 4: Intellectual Property
The App’s content, design, and features are owned by Dumyah. Suppliers may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App’s content without express authorization.
SECTION 5: Limitation of Liability
Dumyah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
SECTION 6: Termination
Dumyah reserves the right to terminate or suspend a supplier’s account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.
SECTION 7: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Jordanian courts.
