Preparation and Usage
- Directions: For instant relief, apply directly to the sensitive tooth with your finger tip, and massage gently for 1 minute, up to twice a day. For children 6-12 years old, use only once a week or less frequently. For lasting relief, apply to a gentle toothbrush making sure to brush all the sensitive areas of your teeth.

Love this toothpaste! My dental hygienist recommended it to me because I have terrible sensitivity issues. Cold water just about kills my lower molars. I had used this only a few times when I next drank water. I had to get a fresh cup of cold water, I couldn't believe the first drink wasn't warm water. No. It was cold, but the pain in my teeth was so much less.
