Probios wholemeal flour rusks are light and crunchy, they keep their crispness thanks to the single portions of 5 slices each. The recipe made with sunflower oil and gluten-free is available in two versions: natural or with wholemeal flour enriched with linseed, sunflower and quinoa. The product can be borrowed from the National Health System and has the earmark crossed out in the package. They are recommended as a substitute for bread or as a snack. It may contain traces of lupins, sesame seeds, nuts, milk and soy. Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
