Application Recommendations
Basic Barley

Composition:

• 3 Cups - Water
• 1 cup - Arrowhead mill hulled barley
• Cooking Instructions: Simmer the barley in water for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
• Consume only after preparation, not ready-to-eat.
