3. Is there a minimum order amount for free delivery?

Yes. Free delivery applies only to orders above the minimum threshold required for your area or order type.

4. Are all items eligible for free delivery?

No. Free delivery applies only to Dumyah Super–eligible items. These items will be clearly labeled on the website and app.

5. How does the 30-day free trial work?

You can try Dumyah Super for 30 days at no cost. You must enter a valid credit card, but you will not be charged unless you continue after the trial expires.

6. Will I be charged after the free trial?

Yes. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will renew automatically.
