What is the Dumyah Referral Program?

The Dumyah Referral Program is a rewards initiative that allows registered users of the Dumyah mobile application to earn credits by referring friends to Dumyah. Both you and your friend can benefit once the referral conditions are met.

How can I participate in the Referral Program?

You can participate by accessing the "Tell a Friend" tab on the Dumyah app. There, you'll find a unique referral code/link and details about the program to share with your friends.

What rewards do I and my friend receive?

When your friend signs up using your referral link, they immediately receive 3 JOD in their Dumyah wallet as locked credit. They can only use this credit if their first order subtotal is 20 JOD or more. Once that order is successfully completed, you will also receive 3 JOD in your wallet as a referral reward.

How do I redeem the credits I earn?

Credits earned through the Referral Program are stored in your Dumyah wallet. Locked credits will automatically unlock once the eligibility conditions are met. Available credits are automatically applied to your future purchases on the Dumyah app.

Can I share my referral link on social media?

Yes, you can share your referral link on social media or directly with your friends and family.

Are there any restrictions on using the referral credits?

Yes. Referral credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used if the referee’s first order subtotal is 20 JOD or more. If the order is cancelled or below the threshold, the credits remain locked.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?

Dumyah may, at its discretion, limit the number of referrals or total credits a user can earn. Check Dumyah's terms for any limitations.

What happens if the Referral Program is modified or terminated?

Dumyah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program without notice. Changes will not affect users' unlocked credit balances.

How long do the referral credits remain valid?

Referral credits expire 6 months from the date they are unlocked. Be sure to use them within this timeframe.
