Dumyah Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Section 1 - Eligibility

The Dumyah Referral Program ("Program") is open to all registered users of the Dumyah mobile application ("App") or Website.

Section 2 - Referral Process

Users can access the referral program through account settings and then the "Tell a Friend" tab on the Dumyah app or website. Upon opening the tab, users will find a unique referral code and relevant information about the program.

Section 3 - Referral Rewards

When a user shares their referral link with someone who does not have a Dumyah account and the referred person registers using the link:

1. The referred person will immediately receive 3 JOD locked credit in their Dumyah wallet. 2. This credit can only be used if the referred person's first order subtotal is 20 JOD or more. 3. Once that first order is completed successfully, the referring user will also receive 3 JOD credit in their wallet.

Section 4 - Credit Redemption

Credits earned through the Referral Program are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits will be automatically applied to the Dumyah wallet. Locked credits will unlock automatically once the eligibility conditions are met and can then be used for future purchases on the Dumyah app or website.

Section 5 - Program Changes and Termination

Dumyah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program without notice. Any changes will not affect credits already unlocked in users' wallets.

Section 6 - General Conditions

Dumyah may limit the number of referrals or total credits a user can earn. Dumyah reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities to prevent misuse or fraud.

Section 7 - Privacy

By participating in the Referral Program, users acknowledge that Dumyah may use their personal information for program administration.

Section 8 - Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any changes.
