Dumyah Influencers Program Terms & Conditions

Section 1 - Influencer Eligibility:

To become a Dumyah influencer, you must have a Dumyah account and provide accurate information during the sign-up process. Additionally, to be eligible as a Dumyah Influencer, you must have a minimum of 5,000 followers on your social media platform(s).

Section 2 - Request Approval: 

Your Dumyah influencer request will be reviewed by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any request at our discretion.

Section 3 - Commission Payment: 

Commissions will be added to your account after 14 days from the delivery date of the order made through your link.

Section 4 - Information Updates: 

Any changes to your information, such as links or content type, must be submitted for approval before they are reflected.

Section 5 - Cookie Duration: 

The cookie duration for tracking referrals is 48 hours. Any referrals made outside this window may not be tracked or eligible for commission.

Section 6 - Compliance: 

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our influencers program guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate any influencer's participation in the program for violations of these terms.

Section 7 - Modification of Terms: 

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Influencers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 8 - Termination: 

We reserve the right to terminate an influencer's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Section 9 - Disputes:  

Any disputes or discrepancies regarding commissions or program participation will be resolved at our discretion.

Section 10 - Acceptance of Terms:

By signing up as a Dumyah influencer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
