- This guide is intended for engineering companies and offices, engineers working on construction projects in Jordan,employers and contractors, in addition to engineers in Arab countries whose implementation contracts depend on the international FIDIC contract for the implementation of engineering projects.
- It is hoped that this guide will fill some of the gaps in this field and raise the level of supervision of engineering projects and play an important role in unifying performance at the level of our Arab world.

- Born in 1949 in Beit Sahour.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
- Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering/Alexandria University in 1972.
- Member of the Jordanian Engineers Association.
- Permanent member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association.
- Founding member of the General Union of Palestinian Engineers.
- Opinion engineer at the Union of Arab Engineers.
- Awarded the Independence Medal for his role in supervising the industrial city in Sahab in 1984.
- Experience in structural design, supervision and project management.
- Experience in planning, programming, monitoring, qualifying contractors,
- preparing and studying tenders, managing contracts, preparing change orders and studying claims.
- Extensive experience in studying projects, following up on implementation,
- financial settlements and receiving industrial city projects, hotels, hospitals,
- and pharmaceutical factories, and playing the role of (engineer) in many major projects in Jordan and abroad, arbitration and providing expertise in several cases.
