MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

Gain Plus should be diluted with water and used as a beverage to complement the solid food diet. Wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Heat water to a full, rolling boil for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool. Fill enclosed scoop by pressing against the tin, then scrape level with clean knife blade. Add one scoop of Gain Plus powder to each 60ml of lukewarm previously boiled water.
