The Tucky Wearable Thermometer is a smart wearable thermometer designed for continuous and remote body temperature monitoring for users of different ages, when used according to the instructions. The device is positioned under the armpit using the dedicated adhesive and transfers temperature data via Bluetooth Low Energy to the Tucky smartphone application. The app displays temperature information in real time and stores the temperature history as a graph or timeline, allowing users to follow temperature changes over time. A customizable temperature threshold alert can be set so the app sends an alert when the programmed temperature level is exceeded. Tucky also includes an infant sleep position monitoring function that can alert caregivers if the baby rolls onto their stomach. The device has a thin, flexible design with biocompatible materials intended to respect sensitive skin, while health data is synchronized and protected through a secure health cloud. Tucky is classified by the manufacturer as a Class IIa medical device and the solution was designed in France under an ISO 13485-certified quality management system. The rechargeable battery provides more than 5 days of autonomy according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
