Before proceeding, place the reverse of the fabric on a sheet of paper so as not to risk that the color going beyond the dirty fabric what is below. Of appropriately dense consistency, it can be applied in a very thin layer well adherent to the fabric that once dry remains of a well-covering soft hand and of a lively and bright color. It can be applied in thick, embossed layers, dries without cracking and remains sufficiently elastic on the fabric. By diluting the color with up to one part of water for five parts of color, you get once dry a softer coat on the cloth.
