The Arrowhead Mills brand was born in the back of the Texas Panhandle in 1960. We grew up, but we haven't changed how we do things. Application Recommendations
Basic Barley
Composition:
- 3 Cups - Water
- 1 cup - Arrowhead mill hulled barley
- Cooking Instructions: Simmer the barley in water for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
- Consume only after preparation, not ready-to-eat.

Organic pearl barley.
