Acacia honey is undoubtedly the best known among Italian honey. It is appreciated for its light colour, almost transparent and for its sweet taste. Harvested between April and May In the Piedmont region in Northern Italy.
Aroma: Floral, fresh fruit and candy.
Due to its characteristics it can have a variety of uses such as table honey, as the sweetener or for the preparation of desserts. Lovely in combination with different types of cheeses (especially fresh ricotta and goat's milk, mascarpone cheese and blue cheese) or with yoghurt. Because of its digestibility, this is the most suitable honey for children.
