Dana is a little girl with a big imagination. One time, she sees a pink camel casually walking down the street! Excitedly, she tells her family about this camel that is pink, but no one seems interested. Nevertheless, together with the pink camel she enjoys great adventures. At the end of the day, her family gathers around her and they all joyfully relive her exciting day.
There are great benefits in daydreaming for brain development as children process the world around them, framing their everyday lives in more colorful, positive ways. Children can let their mind adrift, even when families are too busy to engage in their children’s daydreaming play, which is how the story went for Dana.
