Application:

  • Preparation for 4 persons (Preparation time approx. 45 minutes):
  • Cook lasagne noodles in 2 liters of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. 
  • In a greased baking pan add alternating a layer of lasagne sheets and a layer of meat sauce and bechamel sauce (4-5 layers). 
  • Add Parmesan cheese and pieces of butter to taste and then bake in a preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients:

  • Maize starch, eggs (23%), rice flour,
  • maize flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids,
  • thickener: guar gum
